情報シンポ2018 DAY2（2018年12月7日（金））の基調講演では「BIM・コンピュテーショナルデザインプロジェクト」をテーマに、海外より実務家を招き、海外をはじめとするBIM・コンピューテーナルデザインに関する最近の実プロジェクトを紹介します。先ほど、基調講演者・Japri Maming氏（レッドスタック社CEO, 共同創設者）の情報をアップしましたので、お知らせします。

アジア・アセアン地域でのBIMガイドラインやBIMスタンダードに関する話題を取り上げる。講演では現在進行中のプロジェクトとして、マレーシア：病院とLRT（ライトレールによる都市の接続）、BIM+FMシンガポールプロジェクト（3次元レーザースキャン（点群）から既存施設のBIMの作成）、カタール：LOD500での高速道路と地下施設プロジェクト、次世代BIMの最近のマイルストーンのひとつとしてBIMを通じたデジタルツインというコンセプト、BIMデジタルツインを取り上げる。

Born in 1972, Japri Maming graduated from The University of Kansas (KU) in Business Administration & Analytics.
He has more than 20 years of experience as Entrepreneur in industrial of Automation, Implementation and Software Technologies.
Japri was once the APAC Managing Director of Singapore for IMAGINIT Technologies (A Rand Worldwide Company), one of the world’s largest Software Technologies Reseller and AEC & MFG consultancy firm with its HQ based in Boston, USA.
He is the co-founder of Redstack Singapore and Australia, and has since successfully grown to a regional leading BIM Consultant & Technologies Innovation with offices in Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia, Philippines, Qatar and China.
Japri and his team stay in alliance with the key technology partners in Germany, Estonia and USA. They strive to push the boundary to reshaping integration of BIM, loT & DigitalTwin into one single platform; an enormous potential for businesses to enhance the efficiency of operational process, eliminating unnecessary work & maintenance.
1972年生まれ。カンザス大学 企業経営と分析学卒業。自動化、インプリメンテーション、ソフトウェアテクノロジの業界で起業家として20年以上の経験を有している。Japri氏はかつて、米国ボストンに本社を置く世界最大のソフトウェア技術再販業者およびAEC&MFGコンサルタント会社のひとつである、IMAGINITテクノロジ（Rand Worldwide Companyのひとつ）のシンガポールAPACマネージングディレクターを務めた。
Japri氏は、Redstack シンガポールとオーストラリアの共同設立者であり、そして、日本、台湾、マレーシア、フィリピン、カタール、中国にオフィスを構えて、BIMコンサルタント＆テクノロジイノベーションのリーダーに成長してきた。
Japri氏のチームは、ドイツ、エストニア、米国の主要な技術パートナーと提携している。彼らは、企業が業務プロセスの効率を高めて、不必要な作業とメンテナンスを排除する巨大な可能性を秘める、BIM、IoT、デジタルツインをひとつのプラットフォームに再統合するという限界を突き進むべく努力している。
