論文・報告の発表者の皆様へは、11月8日付けで個別に連絡済みですが、HPに発表要領を記載しておきます。

  • 参加費支払い：当日受付にて、参加費（資料あり）【会員8,000円、会員外9,000円、学生5,000円】をお支払いください。筆頭著者（発表者）が万一ご欠席された場合は、資料（DVD）掲載料として後日上記参加費を請求させていただきます。
  • 発表要領：一題当たり20分（発表15分、質疑応答5分）。ベルによるお知らせ1鈴14分（予告）、2鈴15分（発表終了・質疑応答開始）、3鈴20分（質疑応答終了）。なお、司会者の裁量で多少の変更もございます。進行へのご協力をお願いします。
  • 使用機器：PC プロジェクター1 台をご用意いたします。
    • 各発表会場にはWXGA（1280×800）対応のPCプロジェクターを配置しています。ただし、コンピューターはシンポジウム事務局では準備しておりません。各自、ノートパソコン等をご持参 ください。
    • コネクターはミニD-Sub15pinです。ミニD-Sub15pinオス-オスの接続ケーブルはPCプロジェ クターに付属していますが、その他の形状については各自でご準備願います。
    • できるだけ、休憩時間等を利用して接続の事前確認をお願いします。
    • PCプロジェクター等のトラブルにより発表補助資料が投影できない場合は、口頭のみで発表を行ってください。当日の接続トラブル等に関して、事務局では一切の責任を負いかねますので予めご承知おきください。
  • その他：会場内のお呼び出しは一切いたしかねますので、ご了承ください。

We have already announced long/short papers presentations individually on November 8th as below.

  • Registration fee payment: Please pay the participation fee (with DVD) [AIJ member JPY 8,000, non-member JPY 9,000, student JPY 5,000] at the reception desk on the AIJISA 2019 day. If the first author (or the presenter) is absent, the entry fee above will be charged as a paper publication fee (DVD) after the symposium.
  • Presentation guidelines: 20 minutes per long/short paper (15 minutes for presentation, 5 minutes for discussion). The first bell will ring at 14 minutes (notice), the second bell ring at 15 minutes (end of presentation / start discussion), the third bell ring at 20 minutes (end discussion). There are some changes involved.
  • Equipment: A PC projector will be prepared.
    • Every session room has a WXGA (1280 x 800) PC projector. Bring your own laptop. The symposium office does not prepare laptop PCs.
    • The PC-projector connector is a mini D-Sub15 (VGA). Prepare other types of adapter for PC-projector connection by yourself.
    • Check the connection before your session starts.
    • If your PC can not connect to the projector, give an oral presentation only. Please be aware that the administrative office is not responsible for any connection troubles.
  • Other: We cannot make any calls within the venue.
